The Enclime Young Professionals Programme has been established to support the development of future leaders whose work depends on understanding the Earth. Bringing together participants from a wide range of disciplines, the programme promotes an integrated approach to learning that combines scientific knowledge, strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and independent judgement.
Built around the principles of Earth intelligence, the programme encourages participants to see connections where others see specialisms.
