Focus

Our focus is on the physical and regulatory constraints that ultimately determine performance, risk, and value.

Energy Systems

Energy investments are governed by physical reality — not narrative, proximity, or market momentum. Enclime works where value is actually created: in the underlying systems that determine whether energy can be generated, stored, moved, and delivered at scale.

Across oil and gas, geothermal, hydrogen, CCUS, and wider energy infrastructure, we assess whether the key elements required for performance actually align — whether fluids can move, whether storage can be contained, whether systems can sustain pressure, flow, and integrity over time. This includes testing and challenging assumptions built on proximity or analogy rather than technical consistency.

Our work supports investment decisions, data room preparation, and asset evaluation through clear, constraint-led technical framing, as well as independent reviews ahead of high-impact commitments. The same approach applies across emerging energy systems, where deliverability, containment, and long-term sustainability must be understood before capital is committed.

If you don’t understand the system that governs performance, you don’t understand the deal.

Critical Infrastructure, Real Estate & Compliance

Critical infrastructure and real estate are judged by their ability to operate safely, remain compliant, and withstand regulatory scrutiny over time. Compliance and health and safety are not administrative functions — they determine whether assets can be occupied, insured, financed, and sustained.

I provide strategic advisory on compliance and health and safety across complex estates and infrastructure environments, ensuring organisations are aligned not just with regulatory requirements, but with how those requirements are enforced in practice. My focus is on bridging the gap between operational delivery and executive accountability, where compliance risk typically emerges.

In many cases, exposure arises from fragmentation — between contractors, systems, and oversight. Left unaddressed, these gaps surface through audits, incidents, or enforcement action.

The objective is to establish a clear, defensible compliance position, where obligations are fully embedded, risks are controlled, and assets can stand up to scrutiny with confidence.
