Our valuation methodology follows the Society of Petroleum Engineers’ PRMS framework, integrating technical volume estimates with commercial viability. Projects are classified as Reserves, Contingent Resources, or Prospective Resources based on maturity and chance of commerciality. Each class uses low, best, and high recoverable volume estimates (1P–3P for Reserves) derived via deterministic or probabilistic methods, with uncertainties documented and audited. Economic assessment combines CAPEX, OPEX, fiscal modeling, and discounted cash flows to calculate NPV and IRR under different scenarios. Chance of commerciality adjusts risk for Contingent and Prospective Resources, ensuring transparent, consistent, and defensible investment decisions.
